I was just browsing through the millions of items in Etsy, sometimes with something in mind, others just looking at the beautiful pictures on the front page.
I realized, people are selling these handmade items, but they're selling their personality, their time, and a bit of themselves.  It's like, when I make a card, I put my flair in it.  Yes, it has it's own purpose (welcoming a new baby, celebrating another year of being on Earth, etc.) but I get to put a sprinkle of me in it.
So essentially when people buy my product, they're buying a bit of me!

I just realized it and I don't know why but it made me appreciate handmade items so much more! I'm not sure what my future holds for Etsy, but I'll keep trying!
